Limited Lifetime Warranty Policy

Strata offers a lifetime warranty for Strata Carbon Clad Frying Pans to the original purchaser, covering any manufacturing defects under normal use and following care instructions provided. This warranty is valid only with a valid proof of purchase from authorized sellers.

What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects. If defects occur, Strata will repair or replace the defective product at no cost to you. This includes delamination occurring at any point during the lifetime of the product, except as specified in the exclusions below.
 

Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:

• Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

• Normal wear and tear or changes in appearance, including but not limited to dents, scratches, stains, and discoloration.

• Damage resulting from improper use, care, or storage, such as warping, delamination, loosened rivets, rust, or dents. Proper use, care and storage are referenced in product description and packaging.

• The inability to season the pan or loss of seasoning over time. 

• Minor manufacturing imperfections, including minor scratches or color imperfections.

• Dissatisfaction with the product. Returns of non-defective products are only accepted if the product is unused and in its original packaging

• Any cosmetic damage on "Imperfect Pans" (Read below for more details on this exclusion)

Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please contact Strata Customer Service with your proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photographs of the defect. Strata reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the defect is covered by this warranty.

"Imperfect Pans" Coverage:
Please note that products purchased through our "imperfect pans" sales are not covered under our warranty for any cosmetic damage, rust, or general manufacturing imperfections. However, our warranty does apply to functional defects that occur under normal use and following care instructions provided, such as delamination, loose rivets, severe manufacturing defects.
